We are currently searching for a talented Civil or Environmental Engineer II to join and grow with our Wastewater Engineering team! This position is open to candidates residing in the state of Wisconsin or closely surrounding areas.

This Opportunity

• Join our wastewater infrastructure team to support the planning, design, and construction of a variety of wastewater treatment projects
• Develop creative solutions to complex wastewater treatment and conveyance challenges, working closely with our team of engineers, designers and other professionals
• Collaborate with multi-discipline teams to deliver innovative project solutions
• Build and strengthen client relationships in collaboration with experienced project managers
  
  

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil or environmental engineering, or a related field
• Experience in the design and construction of municipal, state, federal, or industrial wastewater treatment projects
• Basic knowledge of wastewater treatment systems, equipment, and regulations
• Residing in the state of Wisconsin or closely surrounding areas
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Two (2) years of experience designing and/or managing wastewater treatment or conveyance projects
• Knowledge of regional wastewater issues and familiarity with the municipal government client base
• Experience designing multi-discipline infrastructure projects
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines

Base compensation is expected to the range of $75,000 and $95,000 based on skill set and experience.
