Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Roofing Sales Representative to join our team. This is a 10-99 position that combines in-office collaboration with client-facing sales activities in the field. You will play a critical role in driving revenue by building relationships, generating leads, and closing sales deals while representing SEI Roofing’s core values of excellence and integrity.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
- Generate and follow up on leads, utilizing company-provided leads as well as self-generated opportunities during downtime.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and understand their needs.
- Present and demonstrate roofing solutions to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals effectively.
- Use Acculynx CRM software to manage customer information and track sales activities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and yearly targets.
