About the Role
The primary focus of an SAP Business One Project Manager at SEIDOR North America is to plan, direct, coordinate, and supervise the delivery of SAP Business One projects for our SMB customers.
Primary Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage the delivery of SAP Business One projects.
- Control and manage the budgets and profitability of assigned SAP Business One projects.
- Ensure that their project team completes required project documentation and reports, and that project tasks are completed on time and as planned.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Identify and execute the necessary consulting methods and strategies to meet client needs.
- Verify and analyze project discovery information and determine the needs of the customer.
- Collaborate with sales, administration, and operations departments on internal matters.
- Address client issues throughout their projects.
- Manage each phase of the project.
- Provide solutions or contingency plans to delivery issues that may arise.
- Ensure that proper validation testing is performed for the projects.
- Provide clear and thorough documentation of project processes and tasks.
- Lead and participate in project status meetings.
- Promote and encourage teamwork and a commitment to quality service.
- Set clear and precise goals and objectives aligned with SEIDOR's mission and vision.
- Implement and track results against key milestones.
- Comply with information security rules and procedures.
- Present reports on the activities performed.
- Maintain high discretion and confidentiality regarding information accessed during work.
- Evaluate consultants under their supervision and develop performance improvement and growth plans as needed.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with SAP Business One Consulting.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an SAP Business One Project Manager.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to resolve conflicts and drive deliverables.
- Results driven and customer focused.
- Authorized to travel to the US
