What your day may look like:

• Coordinate and dispatch shuttle drivers for overnight operations.
• Communicate effectively with drivers to provide instructions and support.
• Interact with transportation managers to ensure timely and efficient shuttle runs.
• Monitor shuttle schedules and adjust as needed.
• Track and record shuttle movements and driver activities.
• Handle and resolve any issues or emergencies that arise during the shift.
• Maintain accurate logs and reports of shuttle operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations.

What we require:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a dispatching or similar role, preferably in transportation, is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and make quick decisions under pressure.
• Proficient in using dispatch software and other relevant computer applications.
• Flexibility to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
