What your day may look like:
Use company tractor to run transfers to warehouse, drop yard and retail locations
Ensure trucks and trailers are ready for unloading, loading, and transport
Deliver furniture and equipment to clients retail locations
Operate yard switcher or tractor to move trailers around the warehouse as needed
Perform pre- and post-trip inspections of equipment
Keep equipment clean and operating safely
Other duties as assigned by supervisor
What we require:
Valid CDL Class A
Minimum one-year verifiable CDL experience or approved 80-hour CDL training certificate
Ability to repeatedly lift 75 pounds
Clean driving record- no more than 6 points and no DUI/DWI in past 5 years
Successfully complete road/pre-trip test in company tractor
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to obtain a DOT Medical card
