Responsibilities include:

• Trash collection/removal
• Vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, mopping and other basic cleaning
• Cleaning bathrooms and kitchen areas
• Operating ride-on floor sweeper
• Light snow removal from exit doors and light cleanup on the parking lot
• Small repair work possible with the use of hand tools
• Other duties as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs.
• Must be able to frequently walk, reach, bend and kneel.
• Scheduled to work M-F, 6:00am - 2:30pm with 30-minute unpaid lunch.
• Attendance and a strong work ethic are vital for this position.
