Responsibilities include:
As a Geospatial Product Support Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting our clients and advancing geospatial solutions:
- Deliver expert technical support and training for Trimble geospatial products, including:
- Trimble Access and Trimble Business Center software
- GNSS receivers
- Robotic total stations
- Digital levels
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide product demonstrations and address client needs.
- Conduct engaging and effective training sessions, both online and in-person.
- Travel locally and regionally throughout Indiana, providing on-site support and training (company vehicle provided).
Requirements:
- A background in Land Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field (experience with Trimble Geospatial products is a strong plus).
- Exceptional technical support skills paired with outstanding customer service abilities.
- Proficiency with computers, including troubleshooting and software support.
- The ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities with ease.
- Experience in product or software training (preferred but not required).
