Responsibilities include:
- Diagnose, repair, clean and calibrate surveying instruments
- Read and understand technical data/work instructions
- Maintain inventory in an organized fashion
- Complete paperwork/data entry for processing customer information
Other information:
- On the job training provided
- Overtime available
- Infrequent travel expected (2-4 nights per year)
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required
- 2 years technical experience in mechanical repair, electrical components and/or circuitry
- Technical/vocational experience a plus
- Basic computer proficiency (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Must be able to read and interpret measuring equipment
- Fine motor skills/manual dexterity is required including: pinching, pressing, rotating, using tweezers, delicate tool work, etc.
- Frequent sitting and standing are required
- Good near vision is required
- Must be able to lift and move 40 lbs, with or without assistance
