About the Role: We seek an experienced and motivated Senior Associate Scientist to help drive novel immunotherapy programs. Our ideal candidate is independent, goal oriented, flexible, and able to work efficiently across multiple projects. Responsibilities:
- Analyze large molecule pharmacokinetics data, as needed, to support the early-stage projects
- Develop bioanalytical assay approaches for pharmacokinetic (PK), biomarker (PD) assays and immunogenicity assays (ADA) for novel biotherapeutics to be deployed both preclinically and clinically
- Independently design, develop, analyze, and troubleshoot experiments
- Collaboratively generate key data from in vivo models to establish PK/PD relationships
- Make independent, intellectual, and technical contributions to projects, while working collaboratively within the Seismic team
- Communicate results to both internal and external stakeholders
- Write internal research reports
- Strong interpersonal skills to foster an open and collaborative environment
Basic Requirements
- MSc with 6 years or BSc with 9 years of relevant experience
- Experience with PK modeling
- Experience developing bioanalytical assays for GLP related work
- Strong understanding of immunology, immunotherapy and autoimmunity is a plus
- Experience with developing assays using multi-color flow cytometry, ELISA, MSD, AlphaLISA and Luminex
- Demonstrated ability to organize and clearly communicate complex data sets
- Ability to work within a team, excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, conscientious, and passionate about improving patients’ lives
