Job Description :
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE :
- Leadership / Coordination over our Cost Reduction Imperative, working with the Senior Leadership team Globally to ensure anticipated results are achieved.
- Plan, Design, Implement and Execute future Governance / Perform Management re SEKO BPO relationships (Focus - IOS, OBP, WNS).
- Accountable for orchestrating the change program and ensuring results, sometimes jointly with CEO (transformation sponsor)
- Responsible for overall process, capability building, and quality control as the 'keeper of intent'(i.e., the 'how'), while Sponsors are responsible for delivering value within their Initiatives (i.e., the 'what')
- Co-deliver with CTO (Tech) on the technology / digital aspects of transformation; maintain connectivity across the digital and non-digital components to make sure resources and priorities are aligned.
- Monitor the creation of the full potential agenda and develop the case for change for the company, with the leadership team.
- Align program and line management, manage interdependencies, and work with CFO to fund and continuously prioritize highest value Initiatives to ensure results are realized
- Develop and implement a comprehensive business transformation strategy to drive growth, enhance operational efficiency, and improve financial performance.
- Collaborate with senior executives to align business transformation efforts with the company's strategic objectives.
- Ensure transfer into the line when organization is ready to receive
- Manage risk, help Initiatives overcome roadblocks.
- Evaluate existing business processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices and innovative solutions.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities and drive business transformation.
- Provide leadership and guidance to teams involved in the business transformation process, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Develop and implement performance metrics to track the progress and success of business transformation initiatives.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in business transformation methodologies.
- Participate in the development of a safe and healthy workplace. Comply with instructions given for their own safety and health and that of others, in adhering to safe work procedures. Co-operate with management in its fulfilment of its legislative obligations.
