SeKON is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to support NIH NIDCD IT Services. This position involves analyzing data, creating comprehensive reports, and providing actionable insights to inform and drive business decisions. The ideal candidate will work closely with various data sets to identify trends and patterns that enhance efficiency and profitability.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyze large and complex data sets to extract meaningful insights.
- Design and generate reports, dashboards, and visualizations that support decision-making processes.
- Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities within data to recommend strategies for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into BI solutions.
- Maintain and improve data models, processes, and tools to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data analysis.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and assess their impact on business outcomes.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence roles.
- Strong knowledge of BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and other data processing and analysis tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in advanced data modeling and predictive analytics.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R.
- Knowledge of industry-specific data trends and requirements
