Salary: $110,000 - $150,000 base salary discretionary bonus

Key Duties
- Client Relationship Management:Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing outstanding service.
- Account Maintenance:Assist with account setup, updates, and maintenance, ensuring all client information is accurate and current.
- Financial Documentation:Prepare and manage financial documents, including statements, reports, and correspondence.
- Support Services:Work with financial advisors to support client needs, including scheduling meetings and preparing materials.
- Compliance and Reporting:Ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements and assist with internal reporting.
- Problem Resolution:Address and resolve client issues promptly, escalating to senior staff when necessary.
Requirements
- Education:BS in Finance, Accounting, Operations or a related field
- Experience: 4 years of experience in Client Services
- Product Knowledge:Must have experience in Wealth Management, 401ks, trusts, IRAs, and/or high-net-worth clients
Preferred Qualifications
- FINRA Licenses:Series 7, Series 63, and/or Series 66
- Certifications: On pathway for a CFP or CFA
