About the Role
The company is rolling out a next-generation identity management platform to help highly regulated financial institutions streamline investor onboarding, including accreditation verification, KYC, and KYB processes. The platform is designed to enhance compliance, prevent fraud, and provide a seamless, secure user experience with an emphasis on automation, security, and scalability.
In this role, you will work closely with clients to maximize the value of KYC, KYB, and accreditation services, guiding them through the adoption and optimization process. You will be a trusted advisor and primary point of contact, ensuring clients meet regulatory requirements while achieving their business goals.
Responsibilities
- Guide clients through onboarding and ensure full platform adoption.
- Serve as the main point of contact for key stakeholders.
- Promote platform features to optimize compliance workflows and onboarding.
- Provide proactive support, resolving issues before they escalate.
- Deliver training and educational materials to maximize platform value.
- Work with Product and Engineering teams to incorporate client feedback.
- Stay updated on KYC, KYB, and AML regulations to provide compliance guidance.
- Manage renewals, growth opportunities, and client retention.
- Track client success metrics and provide leadership updates.
Qualifications
- 6 years in client-facing roles, preferably in SaaS or fintech.
- Strong understanding of KYC, KYB, AML, and relevant regulations.
- Excellent communication skills for explaining complex concepts.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with technical and non-technical clients.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience with SaaS platforms, APIs, and technical integrations.
- Organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in financial institutions or fintech preferred.
- Compliance or identity management certifications (e.g., CAMS, CIMP) a plus
Benefits
- Base salary range: $110,000 - $140,000.
