I am currently working with a well-funded, technology-driven Series D Fintech looking to hire experienced Data Scientists and Machine Learning Engineers to shape product strategy using machine learning, statistical analysis, and econometric modeling. The role combines technical skills with product sensibility-thinking critically about roadmaps and approaching open-ended questions thoughtfully.This is a dynamic, unstructured role where there's no "typical day." The team values flexibility and adaptability, allowing you to apply your unique strengths to the highest-priority challenges.In this role, you will : Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Data Science teams to shape product strategy using scientific solutionsApply statistical, machine learning, and econometric models on large datasets to : Measure results and outcomesIdentify causal impact and attributionPredict future performance of users or productsDesign, implement, and launch innovative data science solutions to enable data-driven decisions at scaleDesign, analyze, and interpret the results of experimentsDevelop key metrics and observability for our productsDrive the collection of new data and refine existing data sourcesCreate analyses that tell compelling stories and inspire actionWe're looking for someone with : 5 years of data science experience with a track record of thought leadership and innovation (experience at leading tech or fintech company preferred)A PhD or MS in a quantitative field (top-tier university preferred)Expert knowledge of a scientific computing language (such as R or Python) and SQLTheoretical and applied expertise in statistics, machine learning, and experimental designExperience designing and implementing complex modeling solutions from ideation to production at scaleExperience influencing high-impact decisions#J-18808-Ljbffr
