My client is looking to add a senior associate or Manager to the ESG team.
Note: This is not an Investment seat, it's supporting and working closely with the deal teams

Our client, a leading alternative asset manager with over $150 billion in assets under management. This position focuses on leading sustainability initiatives, crafting stakeholder communications, and supporting ESG research.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the firm's ESG and sustainability communications.
- Collaborate with the IR team.
- Lead ESG reporting/ frameworks.
- Work with internal stakeholders across business units to integrate ESG strategies.
- Research ESG topics and contribute to thought leadership.
- Portfolio Management.
Qualifications:
- Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills.
- Positive mindset and willingness to take ownership of tasks, regardless of size.
- Strong project management skills.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
- Bachelor's Degree
- 4-7 years of experience in management consulting, financial services, or sustainability.
Salary : $115,000 - $170,000
