Our client is a premier investment banking firm focused on providing advisory services to financial institutions, particularly Registered Investment Advisors (RIA), wealth management, and asset management firms. The team is looking for a driven Investment Banking Analyst to join its Tampa office to assist with executing transactions.

As an Investment Banking Analyst, you will support the team in executing M&A, capital raising, and strategic advisory transactions for clients in the financial services sector. This role will involve financial analysis, modeling, preparing client presentations, and assisting with transaction execution.

• Financial Modeling & Analysis: Build and maintain financial models, conduct valuations, and provide financial insights for clients.

• Market Research: Conduct research on the RIA, wealth, and asset management industries to support deal sourcing and client discussions.

• Transaction Support: Assist in due diligence, preparation of marketing materials, and coordination with clients and stakeholders.

• Client Presentations: Help create and present client-facing materials, including pitch decks and financial summaries.
  
  

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.

• Experience: Previous internship experience in investment banking or finance is a plus. Open to Transaction Advisory backgrounds.

• Skills: Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Attributes: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
