They are looking to add to their Healthcare team sitting out of either Los Angeles, CA or Nashville, TN. This opportunity provides extensive resources to assist in your success and gain extensive M&A experience within this firm's active Healthcare team.
Responsibilities:
- Managing deal execution, run projects and help manage a lean deal team
- Overseeing due diligence processes and materials
- Working closely with Managing Directors to execute on M&A deals
Qualifications:
- 3 years of Investment Banking experience
- A background in the Healthcare sector
- M&A and Capital Markets deal experience
- MBA or Bachelors in Finance, Economics, Business or related fields
