Key Responsibilities :
- Lead sell-side M&A transactions, including financial analysis, due diligence, and buyer outreach.
- Collaborate with senior bankers to develop marketing materials, strategic solutions, and deal structures.
- Assist with buy-side M&A and corporate finance advisory engagements, including financial modeling and target analysis.
