Title: Investment Banking Senior Analyst
Location: Richmond, VA (on-site)
Company Summary: We are currently partnered with a specialty boutique Investment Bank based in Richmond, VA with a focus on the Education & Training sector. They are seeking an experienced Investment Banking Senior Analyst to join their team as they continue to grow. This individual will be able to work closely with senior leadership, gain extensive hands-on M&A experience, be part of a collaborative work environment, and deepen their knowledge of the Education & Training sector.
The Investment Banking Senior Analyst will be responsible for:
- Conducting market research and analysis
- Working collaboratively with senior leadership on M&A transactions throughout the entire lifecycle of the deal
- Supporting senior leadership on deal execution
- Preparing marketing materials, financial models, and conducting due diligence
The Investment Banking Senior Analyst should have:
- At least 1 year of Investment Banking experience
- Currently located or direct ties to Richmond, VA
- A passion for the Education & Training sector
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
