Drive our healthcare and network intelligence efforts. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop action plans, quality benchmarks, and cost objectives under value-based payment programs. Support strategic initiatives to improve quality and total cost of care in line with our Sustainable Healthcare Goal.
About You: As a leader, you'll impact team growth and success through clear expectations, coaching, and a positive work environment. Health plan experience is preferred. Demonstrate leadership in a matrixed value-based care team. Promote value-based care strategies and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Qualifications:
- 6 years in health insurance, healthcare, or related fields with a focus on value-based contract management and relationship management.
- Strong data interpretation, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to build strategic relationships with colleagues and external stakeholders.
- Leadership experience, effective consultation skills, and the ability to influence key decision makers.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex concepts clearly.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to travel 15-20% of the time.
Work Schedule: Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote).
