A well established prop trading firm is looking to add a Portfolio Manager/Head Trader that can bring in systematic strategies. The firm is known for its HFT futures strategies as well as its strong technology and resources. They are looking to expand into new asset classes and offer the capital needed to fully scale strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and refine proprietary trading strategies
- Manage a dedicated capital allocation with full P&L responsibility
- Analyze market trends and identify profitable trading opportunities
- Monitor and manage risk exposure in your portfolio
- Collaborate with quantitative researchers and other traders to share insights
- Adapt strategies to changing market conditions
- Perform detailed post-trade analysis to continuously improve performance
Qualifications:
- 5 Years of experience in the prop trading space
- Own the IP on systematic strategies that can be brought in
- STEM degree from a top 50 US University
- Advanced knowledge of financial markets and trading
Salary : $250,000 - $350,000
