A true LMM Generalist Mezzanine firm based in the Washington, D.C. region is looking to add on Associates to their team in the near term. The ideal fit for this role would have at least 2 years of Investment Banking experience upon start date with the firm and have a desire to live in the Washington, D.C. region. All-in cash compensation for this role would be in the ball park of $140k-$150k and grow in your time with the firm. Responsibilities :
- Conducting market research and leading business and industry diligence for prospective investments
- Developing investment memorandum and materials to presenting directly to investment committee
- Complex financial modeling
- Working directly with management teams of portfolio companies post transaction close
- Directly supporting senior members of the team in addition to ad hoc projects
Associate Requirements :
Salary : $140,000 - $150,000
