Responsibilities :
- Facilitate regulatory exams : Manage the entire process from initiation to completion, coordinate meetings, and handle follow-up requests.
- Issue escalation and resolution : Identify potential concerns, escalate them to management, and assist in coordinating resolutions.
- Regulatory findings remediation : Work with business partners to address MRAs and track progress using the Archer GRC tool.
- Reporting and research : Produce reports for the Board and executive management, and conduct ad hoc research to support Corporate and Reputation Risk programs.
- Process improvement : Identify and implement improvements for exam management and MRA remediation processes.
