We are currently seeking a Sales Engineer to join our team and help drive the sales of our thermistor products and manufactured assemblies.

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Sales Engineer role for a candidate who can provide technical support, communicate with customers, and generate sales.
The Sales Engineer will be responsible for selling temperature control products and customized assemblies to diverse industries and customers.
The candidate should be aware of industry trends and market developments and should work collaboratively with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities.
Qualifications
- Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills
- Excellent Communication skills
- Sales and Customer Service skills
- Ability to explain technical issues to non-technical customers and colleagues
- Ability to develop and maintain customer relationships
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field is preferred
- Experience in the temperature control industry or similar industry is a plus
Responsibilities
- Facilitate the sales of thermistor products and assemblies, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving revenue growth.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their thermistor-related needs, provide technical guidance, and offer appropriate solutions.
- Maintain organized records of ongoing temperature control projects, ensuring effective opportunity management and timely follow-ups.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with a wide variety of customers, including OEMs, distributors, and end-users.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, production, and customer service, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product developments, and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities.
