Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Order Management Specialist (Account Manager) located in Reno, NV. The Order Management Specialist is responsible for managing and processing customer orders, ensuring accuracy in order details, and maintaining constant communication with customers. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring orders, resolving any issues that arise during the order process, and providing excellent customer service.
