Seldin Company is seeking an Part Time Grounds/Make Ready Technician at The Heritage apartment community in Davenport, IA. This is a HUD Senior property with 120 units. This position will start at $19.00 an hour, determined by experience, certifications, skills, and education. The schedule for this position will be 8AM-1:30PM Monday-Friday.

What You Will Do
The Apartment Make Ready Technician will maintain the physical condition and appearance of the community, perform minor and routine maintenance/repairs, and provide exceptional customer service to the community's residents.
Skills and Requirements
- Grounds/Maintenance experience
- Ability to work independently
- Tolerance to all extremes of hot and cold weather
