Job Title: Injection Molding Production Shift Supervisors
Department: Production
Reports to: Plant Manager
Location: Lyons, GA
Schedule/shifts: Monday-Friday (7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, 11pm-7am)
We have openings for a 1st, 2nd and 3rd Shift Production Supervisors who are enthusiastic and looking to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate with have 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment. Candidates must strategic thinkers and lead with a hands-on approach.
Essential Functions:
Lead team by demonstrating a commitment to everyone's safety in the workplace. Planning, assigning, and directing work activities to meet production schedules Monitor operator workload and /or utilization.
Audit and submit daily updated production report.
Troubleshooting for quality and efficiency optimization.
Suggest and promote continuous improvement ideas
Conduct necessary coaching and counselling of employees including leading or participating in the progressive disciplinary process.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Strategic thinker and problem solver
Must be able to bend, twist, climb, stand, and lift items of up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
3-5 years' supervisory experience
3-5 years' experience in plastics preferred (injection molding), but not required
Must be able to pass a background check, physical and drug screen
