SPECIFIC TASKS:
- All assigned equipment is to be set up and tested ready for operation before each production shift.
- Complete all Pre-Startup paperwork and file as scheduled
- Conduct periodic inspection of each assigned Packer throughout the shift.
- Conduct periodic inspection of associated belts and conveyors throughout the shift.
- Attend to breakdowns promptly, complete work efficiently and record work done in logbooks
- Ensure Preventative Maintenance tasks are completed as required and paperwork filed correctly
- Keep workshop, and workstation areas clean and assist in other areas when needed.
- Take ownership and care of company tools and equipment, keep clean and secure.
- Perform any other task as assigned or directed by your immediate Supervisor.
- Comply with Company Safety Policies and Procedures.
- Never put hands in moving equipment!
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in industrial field and a quick learner.
- Able to lift heavy equipments / carry tools and work safely.
- Worked with Rotating and Packing equipment, Packing Machines experience preferable
- Able to work any shift including overtime and/or weekends
- Able to communicate effectively in English.
