Job Requirements/Responsibilities
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Cabinet knowledge and experience is a MUST; 2020 Design software is a plus
- Self-driven, excellent sales and negotiation skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven experience in outside sales, account management, or business development.
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through outside sales efforts.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and sales opportunities.
- Generate leads and follow up on sales inquiries to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Present and demonstrate company products and services to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project implementation.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, presentations, and contracts.
- Utilize Company CRM systems to track sales activities, update customer information, and manage pipeline.
