Overview
Great opportunity with Select Business System of Bakersfield for a Field Service Technician, Delivery, IT connectivity. Primary in the Kern County, Mono and Iyno area but may travel outside on occasions.
Responsibilities
· Primary responsibilities of this position include the installation,maintance, delivery and repair of equipment.
· This includes multifunction copy/print devices, stand-alone copy and print devices.
· All devices supported may involve network integration with customer’s network and communicate with other devices within te customer’s operating environment.Qualifica tions · High School Diploma or equivalent · Must possess strong communication skills and mechanical aptitude. · Must successfully complete Sharp equipment pre-testing and training. · Knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office software products preferred. · Valid Driver License and Automobile insurance Physical Demands · Must be able to travel locally on a daily basis to various customer sites. · Require frequent kneeling and bending and considerable use of hands and tools. Walking great length at a time. · Frequetly requires moving or lifting of up to 50 pounds and able to lift 100 on occasion · Exposure to live electrical circuits · Exposure to extreme environmental condition. To include, but not limited to, extreme heat, extreme cold and working with flammable liquids and solids.</p>
