Marketing/Sales Admin Assistant
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Research: identify industry trends, competitor analysis, and customer preferences.
- Prepare Quotes: Assist in preparing and sending out quotes/pro forma invoices for customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Photography & Video content: Take high-quality photos of cranes and equipment for use in marketing materials, social media, and the website.
- Website Updates: Assist with maintaining content on the company website to ensure it is current and aligned with our marketing goals.
- Lead Generation: Assist in identifying potential leads and opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
- Customer Communication: Answer phones & emails fielding them to appropriate areas. Receiving and directing customers.
- Social Media Management: Assist in managing and growing the company’s social media presence by creating posts, engaging with followers, and tracking metrics.
- Email Campaigns: Help create and send out email campaigns, ensuring they align with the company’s brand.
- Event Coordination: Assist in organizing and coordinating trade shows, or promotional activities.
- Reporting & Analytics: Track the performance of marketing campaigns and generate regular reports on key metrics (e.g., website traffic, social media engagement, lead generation).
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support for multiple supervisors
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to follow oral and written instruction
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to prioritize all assignments
- Creative mindset with experience in creating marketing materials (flyers, social media posts, etc.).
- Basic photography skills with an eye for detail.
- Proficient Word, Excel, Outlook and CANVA
- QuickBooks knowledge a plus
- Experience with AI-driven marketing tools and technologies a plus
- Knowledge of social media platforms and marketing tools (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Google Ads, Google Analytics).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- High School diploma or GED
- Knowledge of construction industry a plus
