Job Overview
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Bookkeeping
o Invoicing/receiving payments
- Proficiency with Google Workspace
o Gmail, Calendars, Docs, Sheets, etc.
- Scheduling, organizing meetings & sending reminders for 2 executives
- Preparing proposals
- Answer phone & emails in a professional manner
- Research skills
- Maintain/organize comprehensive & accurate records
- Report & ledger preparation utilizing Google Workspace & Quickbooks Online
- Act as point of contact for all clients, vendors & others
- Project & office management
- Problem solving
- Payroll
Requirements:
- Drug-free
- Driver’s license, social security card & clean criminal background
- Previous experience preferred
- Organization skills & attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in all systems/software used, with a reasonable time frame
- Time management
- Discretion & confidentiality
