Location: In-Office
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Salary: $23-$25/hour Base Bonuses Profit Sharing (Total Compensation: $75,000-$100,000)

Despite economic challenges, we continue to thrive and plan to add 50-80 new team members across the U.S. and internationally to support our own call center by Q3.
We are looking for a dynamic Recruitment Specialist to join our team and help us scale our hiring efforts as we continue to expand. If you have a passion for talent acquisition and a knack for attracting top talent, we want you on board!
What You’ll Do:
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Attract Top Talent: Leverage job boards, social media, networking, and other platforms to find and engage high-quality candidates.
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to create compelling job descriptions and hiring strategies.
- Track Hiring Metrics: Monitor and report on recruitment progress, ensuring goals are being met and timelines are followed.
- Assist with HR Functions: Support HR functions like payroll, compliance, records management, and other administrative tasks.
- Onboarding: Ensure a smooth, efficient, and welcoming onboarding process for new hires to get them integrated into the team.

What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 3 years in recruitment, talent acquisition, or staffing (experience in HR, real estate, or sales recruitment is a plus).
- Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities to manage multiple hiring pipelines simultaneously.
- Proficiency: Comfortable using LinkedIn, recruiting tools, and social media strategies for sourcing candidates.
- Knowledge: Basic understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Education: A degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred but not required.
