Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused person that will be our first point of contact for customers visiting our Cabinet showroom and those reaching out via phone, email and/or social media. Your primary responsibility will be to answer inquiries, assist with product information, and take sales leads. You will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth interactions for prospective clients.
Duties
- Greet showroom visitors and assist them with product information and inquiries.
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer questions regarding products, availability, and pricing.
- Collect and record sales leads, ensuring follow-ups are made in a timely manner.
- Maintain the showroom’s appearance, ensuring products are displayed attractively.
- Perform other administrative duties as needed.
Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage phone inquiries while assisting showroom visitors.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
