About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Select Medical. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and promoting healing and recovery in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Implementing assessment plans, evaluating, and following up on patient care plans in collaboration with physicians and preceptors.
- Initiating ongoing systematic assessments of physical, emotional, social, educational, and functional needs of patients and families.
- Developing and implementing nursing care plans that address problem identification, nursing diagnosis, interventions, short-term and long-term goals, and discharge planning.
- Participating as a productive member of the interdisciplinary team in assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of rehabilitation goals.
Requirements
- A graduate of an accredited program for registered nursing.
- A valid state RN license is required.
- Possess a Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by start date.
- Must have flexibility of scheduling to complete the requirements of the program.
