Customer Service and Inside Sales Representative

Position Location: Office in Harrisburg, SD
Salary Range: $25 - $28 DOE Inside Sales Commission
Job Summary
We’re looking for a confident communicator with a passion for people. As a key member of our Sales team, the Customer Service & Inside Sales role is all about building meaningful connections. This position focuses on proactive customer engagement—not pushy sales—through phone calls, texts, email, and social media. You'll work closely with leads and customers, supporting both our sales and production teams by creating a professional, high-touch experience from first contact to follow-up.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, text, and social media to provide information, schedule estimates, and answer questions
- Maintain CRM records and document interactions, concerns, and project details
- Proactively nurture existing customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
- Conduct outbound outreach via calls, texts, and mailers using company-provided lead lists
- Support sales and production teams with clear and timely updates
- Refer complex issues to the appropriate team for resolution
- Other duties as assigned

Education & Experience
