As a Customer Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of dedicated inside sales representatives, ensuring that they provide top-notch customer service to clients. You will lead by example, demonstrating excellent communication skills and professionalism at all times.

Job Location : Rock Valley, IowaResponsibilities :
- Lead and motivate a team of inside sales representatives
- Provide ongoing support to help team members reach their full potential
- Provide and supervise customer interactions to ensure a high level of service is consistently delivered
- Handle escalated customer issues and provide solutions in a timely manner
- Initiate, monitor, and report on returned goods status and processes
- Work cooperatively with all VMC employees to communicate customer needs and priorities
- Compile weekly and monthly sales performance metrics
- Continually monitor customer satisfaction levels and report on this to management
