Senior Accounting Manager – Healthcare Revenue
Our client is a premiere privately owned, physician-led dermatology group, serving patients across the Mid-Atlantic region with 34 locations in Pennsylvania, Delaware and Maryland.
They have experienced annual double-digit growth for a decade and wish to continue to accelerate their expansion in this underserved specialty throughout the region.
They are looking for a Senior Accounting Manager in their Pottstown or King of Prussia, PA office.
The role is full-time, in the office.
About the Role
Reporting to the Controller under the Chief Financial Officer, the Accounting Manager is a key contributor to our rapid growth. This high-impact role oversees the monthly close and revenue cycle accounting, ensuring efficient billing, payment reconciliation, and general ledger accuracy.
You’ll collaborate closely with senior leadership, payors, and the billing team, playing a pivotal role in financial decision-making and contract negotiations.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the monthly close process and prepare related financial reports.
- Oversee the entire revenue cycle, including billing, reconciliation, and general ledger entries.
- Lead daily revenue operations such as:
- Clean billing processes
- Rejection management and resolution
- Denial tracking and reporting
- Collection activities
- AR aging analysis and performance tracking
- Establish and monitor revenue and collection policies, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
What We’re Looking For
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (CPA preferred).
Skills:
- Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
- Proven ability to drive process improvements and operational efficiency.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics ERP (Business Central) is a plus.
