We are currently looking for an outstanding BCBA for a great school program near Chicago Heights.

Required:
- Active IL BCBA License
- Experience as a BCBA in schools and/or pediatrics
Responsibilities:
- Conduct FBAs and create detailed, actionable reports
- Develop and oversee individualized Behavior Support Plans (BSPs)
- Coach and train staff on best practices and crisis behavior strategies
- Attend and contribute to IEP meetings
- Collaborate on assessments (VB-MAPP, ACE, AFLS, etc.)
- Provide data-driven insights to drive student and program growth
- Support verbal behavior programming and skill development
- Help foster inclusive, behaviorally-sound learning environments
Required:
- Active IL BCBA License
- Experience in schools
