Key responsibilities are :
Works on monthly close and financial reporting processes to ensure complete, accurate and timely monthly actual results, including variance analysis and commentary.
Understands monthly results and communicates issues to Manager and work on resolution or action plan. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Prepares variance analysis for each planning cycle and management reporting schedules under direction of Manager and discuss with results with department managers as necessary.
Support day to day financial tasks of the site, including spend tracking and purchases financial approval for the site
Prepares and develops drafts of annual Plan, LRP and LBEs as required, and works with cost center managers in understanding the details of what changes of both financial and operating management
Performs ad hoc analysis and forecasts as requested.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
Execute priorities established by Manager with speed, agility, and minimal supervision
Strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Proficient Excel skills required
Knowledge of SAP
Minimum 2-4 years related experience.
