Definition & Responsibilities
Responsibilities of the Senior Remote Support Technician
will be part of a team of three and must be dependable. Tickets outside this team's ability to solve will be moved to the lone senior support technician.
Possess a strong understanding of critical power and cooling systems with the ability to Perform predictive / condition-based analyses of data into meaningful insights and actions.
Ability to manage stretch assignments to support internal products / specific customer accounts.
Support sales teams & external customers on connection readiness.
Oversee support for VIP accounts
Support team quality standards of service by training, coaching, and upskilling.
Support team with customer / platform escalations.
Support Remote Support Technicians in daily tasks :
Monitors tickets and reports alarms accurately to customers in a set a given time
Extract and analyzes data, run analytics (software / expert-based)
Observes the health of assets, including condition-based analytics, and assists with report generation tasks.
Develop recommendations based on the alarm and report data and provide the customer with the required actions.
Interacts with customers and provides remote troubleshooting (e.g., phone, chat, email, etc.) as needed
Acts based on customer requests to create cases and initiates work order creation to dispatch Field Services and / or engages Sales for service or product quotations
Interacts with a Network of experts for advanced support of data analysis and recommendations to the customer
