Position : System Architect, M365
Location : Akron, OH 44310
Type : Contract
Duration : 3 months with possibility of extension based on your performance
Note : This is a hybrid role, with occasional travel to client sites.
Hourly Pay Range - $90-$100
Hours Per Week : 40 hours
Shift : M-F 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 30 PM
Job Overview :
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Office 365 architecture, administration, and Microsoft Exchange, with a strong background in leading complex migrations and implementing best practices. This position requires effective leadership and the ability to work directly with clients on-site, alongside internal teams to solve complex technical challenges.
Responsibilities :
- Lead IT customer communication and collaboration migrations aligned with service agreements.
- Design, plan, and perform Microsoft Exchange, SharePoint, and Office 365 migrations.
- Proven design and implementation experience with Microsoft Exchange 2010 / 2013 and Active Directory.
- Plan and implement Windows Server technologies.
- Experience with messaging solutions such as anti-virus / anti-spam appliances, archiving solutions, mobility solutions, and real-time collaboration tools is a plus.
- Lead the delivery of project-based assignments, including system architecture, proof-of-concept, and deployment services.
- Perform system reviews for client telephony environments and prepare findings outlining strategies.
- Lead client configuration meetings, presenting design pros and cons in various contexts (e.g., latency, storage, startup / shutdown).
