Rate : $28-$30
Job responsibilities include but not limited to :
- Oversee workforce planning and employment processes of temporary employees, including interviewing applicants, managing pre-employment procedures, and handling transfers, promotions, hires, and terminations.
- Serve as the primary contact for temporary agencies to ensure seamless coordination, payroll processing, and weekly invoice reconciliation.
- Manage the company's HRIS system, Ceridian Dayforce, including timesheets, payroll processing, personnel changes, and onboarding / offboarding of temporary employees.
- Assist in resolving employee relations issues and lead investigations in alignment with Corporate HR as needed.
- Support onboarding, termination processes, company evaluations, and administrative tasks related to full-time employees as required.
- Maintain records of employee warnings in compliance with company policies, federal, and state regulations.
- Administer workers' compensation claims, oversee injury case management.
- Prepare and analyze Excel reports on payroll, labor costs, work hours, and headcount on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned.
