We are seeking a career-minded designer and sales representative who is committed to helping Select Surfaces reach new heights. Job assignments include assisting clients in our boutique showroom, selling Cambria countertops and other products and services.

Responsibilities
- Generating sales leads and converting them into sales
- Developing and implementing sales strategies
- Negotiating contracts and closing deals
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up
- Conducting product demonstrations and presentations
- Providing excellent customer service and support
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and goals
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales efforts
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge
- Attend local industry events to promote our products and services
- Willingness to cover our local showrooms as needed
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience with track record of selling value
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail orientated with strong organizational skills
- Ability to excel working in a structured system
- Excellent computer skills
- Ability to read a tape measure
