Selectek has an immediate opportunity for a Mechanical / Industrial Planner in Cedar Springs, GA. This role is focused on preparing the plant for a week-long shutdown, coordinating mechanical and electrical maintenance efforts, and ensuring necessary repairs and upgrades are executed efficiently.

- Plan, schedule, and execute mechanical maintenance projects.
- Order and manage parts inventory.
- Coordinate with contractors/subcontractors for project execution.
- Manage multiple projects (15-20) during the outage period.
- Collaborate with mechanical and electrical teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Utilize SAP or Asset Suite for planning (preferred).
- Perform some scheduling tasks; MS Project experience is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of Mechanical Maintenance Planning experience (could consider 3 years if experience is in paper industry).
- Experience in job planning, scheduling, execution, and parts ordering.
- Pulp & Paper or Power Industry experience is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in SAP or Asset Suite (Asset Suite strongly preferred).
- Hours: Monday-Friday, 7 AM - 4 PM or 8 AM - 5 PM
- Travel: None (work is based at the Georgia Pacific plant).
- Attire: Jeans, business casual.
- Drug Screen & Background Check Required (7-year felony/sexual misconduct check).
- Travel Expenses Covered: Up to $1,000 per week.
