Selectek has partnered with a company in Chapel Hill, NC who is actively looking to hire a Survey Cad Technician for a staff position.The position offer an 80% work from home schedulePay is dependent on experience and estimated at $55K-$73K, plus 100% paid employee benefits.Key Services Expectations : Perform and compile as-builts for utilities, SCM’s, foundations, and other site improvements.Perform 2D and 3D drafting, primarily utilizing Carlson, Trimble Business Center, and Autodesk Civil 3D softwareConvert Field Data from Boundary Surveys.Topographic Surface ModelsResidential, Commercial and Industrial projectsRequired : 2 years of progressive experience and knowledge with Carlson and Civil 3DÂStrong understanding of land survey and construction layout principles and CAD drafting techniquesWillingness and ability to periodically work in the field alongside survey crews.Ability to prioritize with respect to projects, CAD standard, etc. on a daily basisAbility to work independently and as a team playerPreferred : Trimble Business CenterPlease submit resume to : wendyc@selectek.netWendy 678-802-6616
