As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for :

  • Handle / transfer all incoming calls as needed
  • Data entry
  • Route requests / questions / orders to correct staff
  • Scheduling
  • Processing payments
  • Data entry
  • Filing

    • Skills and Qualifications :

  • Prior clerical experience
  • Basic Knowledge of Quickbooks

    • Required Skills :

  • Receptionist duties
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Organized
  • Able to work independently
