About the Role
We’re looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to transform big ideas into actionable systems that empower our team to do their best work. This role focuses on building workflows, coordinating resources, and ensuring seamless execution across our marketing and creative functions. As the integrator between vision and execution, you’ll collaborate with leadership and key team members to ensure projects are well-planned, resourced, and delivered on time.
This is not a hierarchical role—it’s about creating an environment where people thrive. You’ll evaluate team bandwidth, identify resource needs, and implement systems that drive efficiency and clarity. If you’re a proactive problem solver who loves turning ambiguity into structure, this is your opportunity to contribute to a growing eCommerce brand.
Responsibilities
- Systems & Workflow Creation: Develop and optimize workflows to support the execution of marketing campaigns, creative projects, and product launches.
- Project Enablement: Translate strategic ideas into actionable project plans with clear deliverables, owners, and timelines.
- Resource Management: Assess team bandwidth and coordinate with freelancers, agencies, and third-party vendors to supplement internal capabilities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the central hub between the Creative Marketing Manager, Growth Marketing Manager, and Product Designers to ensure alignment and efficient execution.
- Performance Tracking: Use project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com) to monitor progress, address roadblocks, and ensure on-time delivery of initiatives.
- Communication Hub: Facilitate regular check-ins, provide project updates, and ensure all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and implement solutions to improve team processes and project outcomes.
Culture & Values
- Integrity: Be honest, especially when it’s hard. We operate with transparency and do what’s right, even when it’s uncomfortable or challenging.
- Abundance Mindset: Dream bigger and succeed together. We believe there’s enough success for everyone. We grow the pie so that every team member and partner can thrive.
- Attitude: Take ownership and embrace challenges with a positive, solution-focused mindset. Challenges are opportunities in disguise, and we tackle them head-on with optimism and accountability.
- Action-Oriented: Always create value through decisive, impactful action. We don’t just talk about ideas; we execute them. Every action we take is aimed at moving the needle and creating meaningful results.
- Excellence: Deliver the best in all aspects—products, experiences, and outcomes. We set the bar high and continuously strive for greatness in everything we do.
- Accountability: Take initiative and deliver results you’re proud of. We own our work and its outcomes, ensuring that every contribution reflects our best effort.
- Design Thinking: Approach challenges with curiosity, empathy, and a commitment to iterative problem-solving. Creativity and iteration are at the heart of our innovation. We explore, prototype, and refine to create meaningful solutions.
