We are seeking an experienced Software Engineering Manager - Billing Solutions to oversee the development of software solutions and information systems for our billing business.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management: Manage a portfolio of business application projects for the Billing business, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business strategies.
- Team Leadership: Establish and maintain relationships with business and IT counterparts to ensure proper collaboration, and provide technical leadership and implementation support to application delivery teams.
- Resource Allocation: Forecast and allocate team members across several development projects, monitoring progress and communicating clearly to stakeholders.
- Talent Management: Train, supervise, assign projects to, evaluate, and be responsible for hiring/termination of information technology personnel and contracting staff to design, engineer, and implement systems software.
Requirements
- Experience: 5 years of experience in software engineering, preferably with experience in Agile methodologies, and prior management/supervisory experience with information technology personnel.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of surrounding technologies including design patterns and modern standards, great leadership skills to work effectively with peers within and across organizations, and solid written and interpersonal communication skills.
