About the Job : We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Vice President of Finance with a strong background in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) to lead the financial operations and strategy of this division. This role is critical in shaping financial strategies, managing risks, and driving growth through strategic initiatives, including M&A activities such as due diligence, financial modeling, and integration planning.
The VP of Finance will oversee financial planning, compliance, and reporting while actively supporting the company's investment and business transformation goals. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional financial acumen, analytical skills, and leadership capabilities to drive value creation and operational excellence.
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to support organizational growth and performance objectives.
- Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, ensuring compliance with IFRS or GAAP standards.
- Manage all M&A-related activities, including conducting due diligence, developing financial models, preparing valuations, and leading post-acquisition integration efforts.
- Identify financial risks and opportunities, implementing mitigation strategies and driving continuous improvement in processes and reporting systems.
- Partner with executive leadership on strategic planning, providing financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions and investments.
- Manage cash flow, credit arrangements, and relationships with external financial institutions, including banks, auditors, and insurers.
- Develop and monitor financial KPIs, conducting margin analysis, cost assessments, and variance analysis to optimize profitability.
- Oversee internal controls and compliance, ensuring adherence to financial regulations and standards.
- Mentor and develop the finance and accounting team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.

Compensation : $190,000 - $220,000 base salary bonus
Work Style : Primarily onsite in Indianapolis with some hybrid flexibility (20% travel with occasional international travel).
